Home health and hospice provider Jordan Health Services has acquired Dallas-based CareCycle Solutions to provide personal care, case management, skilled nursing, pediatric and hospice services throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, Freestone County Times reports.
CareCycle’s mission is to reduce preventable hospitalizations by managing their transition through various care settings.
“CareCycle provides Jordan significant concentrations in Texas and expands Jordan’s coverage in northern and central Louisiana,” Scott Herman, CEO of Jordan, said in a prepared statement. “Additionally, CareCycle Solutions will augment Jordan’s expertise in chronic patient management; this is a good acquisition adding density and strategic assets in key development areas.”
The acquisition will add nearly 2,500 patients to Jordan’s average daily census and 29 offices. A number of leaders from CareCycle will transition to Jordan.
“We are very excited to work with the dedicated professionals working the CareCycle network,” Chris Rucker, chief operation officer, said. “This partnership is perfectly aligned and strengthens our service offerings while expanding our geographic footprint.”
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
