DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–FHE Health Group (FHE), parent corporation of Florida House Experience, Inc. in Deerfield Beach Florida, announced today that it has finalized its acquisition of Treatment Partners of America (“TPA”), a respected outpatient Substance Use Disorder (“SUD”) treatment provider with facilities in Florida. The acquisition will give FHE the opportunity to expand the scope of its programs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Boca Raton Florida, TPA provides outpatient treatment services to men and women aged 18+ with a primary diagnosis of SUD in a partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP) setting. TPA utilizes an abstinence-based treatment model, structured clinical care and an innovative music therapy program which provides an engaging and effective path to addiction recovery.
Over the last 18 months, FHE has focused on expanding access to affordable behavioral health care through developing strategic partnerships in key geographies.
