ST. LOUIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pathways Health and Community Support, LLC (Pathways), one of the largest providers of behavioral and mental health services in the United States, announced today it has completed its acquisition of three Community Intervention Services (CIS) companies: Access Family Services (AFS), Family Behavioral Resources (FBR) and Autism Education and Research Institute (AERI), which will operate as one entity (FBR-AERI). The three CIS companies are large, clinically focused providers of community-based behavioral health and substance use services in the eastern United States.
